Technical Coordinator/Operations Specialist

Responsible for implementing Online Cash Management services via specific systems. Using comprehensive knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, and processes sets up requests through multiple online systems. Takes accountability for the timeliness and accuracy of entire process from receipt of request to completion. Communicates with various levels of internal personnel to coordinate or resolve implementation issues. Exercises some judgment within guidelines. Considered a subject matter expert on operational issues related to the functions. Provides assistance to the Client Service unit on client inquiries.


Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in cash management services required.
Strong knowledge of PC systems and Internet applications required.
Prior Metavante Deposit, IFMS and CIS experience helpful.
Ability to work independently and produce output with high degree of accuracy required.
Detailed and investigative with strong follow-up skills required.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills required.
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
Good client service skills required.
