Technical Support Rep

Summary of Job Duties: *

Handle incoming merchant terminal and transaction inquiries. Troubleshoot merchant terminals. Handle download and replacement requests. Provide a consistently high level of help desk and customer service. Ensure all customer requests or issues are resolved within established standards.

 

Candidate Requirements: *

Flexible work hours. 1 year minimum work experience with proven job skills. 1 year minimum computer skills. Proficiency with keyboarding and typing. Semi technical background. Able to troubleshoot and explain technical functions. Ability to review technical processes by studying programs, applications and manuals. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service skills and a team player.

Operations 

This is defined as employees whose primary responsibility is to directly support the revenue generating function for example - call center employees/help desk employees/implementation coordinators/etc. (excludes accounting/finance/legal professionals)
