Technology Investment Banking Analyst

Description: SIG is aggressively seeking Investment Banking Analysts to join its growing Technology Investment Banking franchise. Technology Investment Banking Analysts are given a high level of responsibility and provide a broad range of analytical support to senior and mid-level bankers, oftentimes working on multiple projects simultaneously. Analysts play a critical role in our deal teams, helping to execute complex transactions across the Technology sector. Strong analytical skills, along with the ability to work well in a team environment, will enable the Analyst to develop in-depth knowledge of all the basic skill sets of a junior investment banker.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and a record of outstanding academic achievement.

Prior Investment Banking experience preferred.

Strong background in Accounting and/or Finance.

Demonstrated quantitative skills and highly developed oral and written communication skills.

Excellent research and organizational skills.

A solid work ethic and a high level of integrity.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Ability to complete projects independently while also being highly effective in a team environment.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
