Telephone Banker (TeleService Associate)- WHAT AN OPPORTUNITY!

TeleService Associates are one of the primary points of contact for potential and existing members (customers). TeleService Associates provide prompt, professional and efficient service to all incoming/outgoing calls. TeleService team members consistently provide service that meets or exceeds members? expectations. This position provides member assistance in resolving complex account issues. Team members are responsible for processing non-cash transactions. As part of the team, each TeleService Associate supports Credit Union objectives and goals by presenting Credit Union products and services or by referring members to other team members.

 

Training and Experience:

?  Prior phone experience preferred

?  Prior financial institution experience preferred

?  Prior sales experience a plus
