Teller/Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Teller/Customer Service Representative for our La Habra Financial Center.

 

Under direct supervision, the successful candidate is responsible for processing customer transactions, such as accepting deposits and other negotiable instrument transactions, within established guidelines.  Identifies and make sales referrals, recommends alternate channels (i.e. Internet Banking), cross-sells bank services and products, provides excellent customer service.  Also responsible for meeting established referral goals. Duties may include safe deposit, merchant/vault, ATM processing, bonds and coupons, foreign currency and night drop.  Responds to customer inquiries, resolves issues, identifies and refers business and personal cross-sell opportunities and assist Financial Center in meeting and exceeding sales and service goals. 

 

Successful candidates will have the following required skills and experience: 

 Completion of high school or GED.  3 years banking experience. ITI banking system experience required. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.  Ability to work in a team environment.  Availability to work a flexible schedule. Knowledge of banking procedures and terminology.  Proven cash handling.  Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency required.
