Teller Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with U.S Bank Service Advantage Core Values. Responsible for handling routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, sending outgoing wires) while ensuring a positive interaction with customers. Cross-sell U.S Bank products & services. Follows established bank policies and procedures. Take ownership for complex customer service issues in absence of or as directed by branch manager.
Requirements: While we expect that you'll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently. We also require: A high school diploma or equivalent and more than one year job related experience including cash handling, sales and customer service. This position is Monday - Friday.
