Personal Banker

This position will be responsible for probative selling all products and services, including alternative investments, to new and existing customers. 

 

Requirement for this position include a working knowledge of financial products and services. Must have an understanding of banking policies, procedures and regulations are required to provide information and to answer questions in an accurate, professional manner.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are needed.  Previous sales experience, Group I insurance license to sell annuities and Series 6 and 63 licenses to sell mutual funds are required. A minimum of four years experience in a similar or related field is preferred.

 

Teller (Financial Services Representative)

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary responsibilities are accurate processing of customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, etc.  Will respond to customer inquires and cross-sell and/or make referrals for products and services.  Provides professional, exceptional customer service.

 

Minimum requirements: Ability to accurately type and perform data entry; knowledge of 10-key calculator, computer and fax machine. Human relations skills required to effectively interact with customers and co-workers.  A high school diploma is required.  Previous teller experience or previous cash handling or experience in some facet of customer service is preferred. This is an entry-level position.

 

Teller Manager (Customer Service Manager)

JOB description: This position will be responsible for or the daily operations of the banking center.  Directly responsible for supervising teller operations, audit functions and managing activities that ensure operational efficiency and quality customer service.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Decision-making and problem solving ability.

Supervisory and leadership skills to develop, evaluate, and motivate assigned personnel and ensure goals are attained.  Thorough knowledge and understanding of banking policies, procedures and regulations to provide information and answer questions in an accurate professional manner.

Knowledge and understanding of financial products and services.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for successful interaction with customers and co-workers.  A high school diploma is required.  Additional college is preferred  A minimum of three years experience in a similar or related field is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
