Training Specialist/ Teller Trainer



We are the leading supplier of banking equipment in the Mid Atlantic region. We currently have a position open in Charlotte, NC. We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous experience as a Bank Teller to become a Teller Trainer.



Required Experience:

A minimum of five years of recent bank or credit union teller line experience, with increasing responsibility to include at least two years of Teller Supervisor, Head Teller or Senior Teller experience required; to include the daily balancing of the ATM, main vault and auditing. Must have experience in locating outages for tellers, ATM, and main vault.



Preferred experience:

>Experience operating a Teller Cash Dispenser and/ or Teller Cash Recycler.



>Training new tellers and conducting meetings or product knowledge training.



>Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office software (Word & Excel).



>Document preparation.



>Training Experience.



This position as a Training Specialist is full time and demands heavy travel covering the East Coast, which may include 3-4 days of overnight travel. This position requires a highly flexible individual willing to travel on short notice The Training Specialist will provide training for automated cash handling equipment, as well as provide support to clients with questions and problem resolution which may occur at the customer work site and / or via phone.



You must be able to work autonomously and have an enthusiastic, professional manner.



A base salary in the 30?s is offered, plus a complete benefits package including paid expenses and?401(k).
