Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to all customers of the bank
Handle routine paying and receiving transactions which include cashing checks, accepting deposits and payments, issue traveler?s checks, money orders or cashier?s checks
Identify sales opportunities
Cross-sell bank services and products
Make appropriate referrals to the sales staff
Adhere to existing Bank?s policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Cash handling, customer service and sales work experience
Proficiency of PC software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong math, reading and comprehension abilities
Typing skills of 20-30 wpm
Ability to use 10-key calculator
Ability to work a 1/2 day on Saturday from 9-1pm
Able to attend one week of training held Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm
