Temp to Perm Mortgage Lending Support Representative

*Maintaining all Mortgage loans and using various systems to process and service existing loans.

*Interacting with staff, members and vendors as needed, ensuring all loan service requests are satisfied.

*Monitoring and reconciling various reports interacting with appropriate departments to ensure data integrity. 

*Assisting in title administration, loan origination support (including internet, 24x7 call center and internet loan administration,) as well as use of various vendor sponsored web based reporting systems.

*Assisting with identifying staff training needs as well as assisting in coordinating appropriate training.

*Actively works with management and staff seeking ways to enhance and automate processes.

*Requesting, tracking and reviewing documentation required to complete loan transactions.

*Performs additional duties as required.



Requirements:

*High School Diploma or equivalent, college Degree preferred with 1 - 2 years of related experience at a credit union, bank or other financial institution. 

*Good communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work in a team environment.

*Detail oriented.

*Effective computer skills with good problem solving abilities. 

*Knowledge of current word processing and spreadsheet computer software preferred.
