Trade Administrator

Qualified Candidates Must Have:
At least 5-years international banking experience in trade and a good understanding of all security documentation.
Must be well versed in letter of credit operations and a working knowledge of the UCP 500.
At least mid-level accounting formation needed. 
Strong administrative and communication skills and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and Lotus Notes are essential. 
Candidate must be a self-starter, who is well organized, a team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Skills:

1.  Prepare SCTSC's transactions, includeing purchase orders and invoice for inventory repurchases, purchase and reslae and receivables purchases.

2.  Maintain and update SCTSC's database for the invoices, loans, Databases and payments.

3.  Conduct start of day and several intra-day reviews of SCTSC's account with SCB to apply incoming payments and prepare the Cash Position Report.

4.  Prepare and input accounting entries into the eBBs system.

5.  Prepare various reports, including Invoice Aging, Outstanding Loans, Limits and Collateral Spreadsheets.

6.Reconcile on a daily basis Settlement, Nostro, Cash Collateral, Accounts Payable and Loans Pricipals accounts.
