Open Solutions Inc. has a full suite of software products and services designed to allow banks, thrifts and credit unions to better compete in today?s aggressive financial services marketplace, and expand and tap their trusted financial relationships, client affinity, community presence and personalized service.

We seek a Training Analyst for our SOSystems Group in Orem, UT, someone who will develop and deliver training on our systems to our clients.
As a Training Analyst, you will
 * coordinate training scheduled and class set-ups with our clients
 * develop, deliver and maintain classroom training for staff members of our corporate clients and their train-the-trainer programs
 * customize training packages for specific credit union clients -- this can include developing a training set-up guide, instructor/student manuals, practice exercises and assessments
 * deliver training and/or assessments at client sites as needed
 * develop, maintain and deliver training via classroom, web-based mechanisms, CD ROM tutorials and other media
 * work with our software developers to conduct system training when new programs are written so you can prepare training materials for new product releases
 * do extensive research on system functionality to make sure your training flows and is accurate
 * set up and maintain a training database to be used here at Open Solutions sme and at client sites
 * assume additional projects and assignments as needed within the training realm
 * stage data conversion training systems so clients can train on their own databases
 * analyze client system usage at time of conversion and make suggestions on how they can improve how their system functions
 * train on Centryx Accounting, Loan Origination, Member Services, Back office, and other financial modules
 * travel 50% to 75%.

Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must have:
 * at least an associates degree in business administration or other related field, or equivalent education and experience
 * experience in developing and facilitating training via virtual classroom or interactive tutorials
 * experience in training adults
 * experience in writing documentation and procedures
 * excellent oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
 * proven ability to think through and plan a project
 * the qualities of a good corporate instructor: be flexible, adaptable, a self-starter, independent . . . and have a sense of humor
 * be able to travel 50% to 75% of the time.
