Training and Development Manager

The Training and Development Manager designs, develops and manages internal training programs to ensure all training needs of bank personnel are met.  Knowledge of the banking industry is helpful but not essential. 

 

Preferences and requirements:

 
Four year degree.
Bi-lingual preferred.
Advanced knowledge of training methods, curriculum development, evaluation techniques and external training sources.
Working computer knowledge, including a variety of applicable software programs.
Five years experience directing training activities for a company of comparable size and complexity. Experience should include curriculum design and facilitation.
Sales experience helpful.
Prior management experience.
Travel.
