Treasury Client Manager

Essential Functions

Retain and nurture a specific portfolio of existing Global Treasury Management clients relationships as assigned within the Treasury Relationship Manager Portfolio.

?

For the Micro Market clients (business banking, retail and MFG), provide cash management support including cross selling

?

Work with Line of Business Relationship Managers to identify cash management opportunities and conduct in-person calls as needed.

?

Pro actively expand the relationship by identifying and cross selling into the current assigned client base

Coordinate with the TRM(s) to determine specific client tactics and strategies

????????? ?

Provide best in class service to clients by creating an alliance between the client and KeyBank -Be a customer ???service liaison

????????? ?

Provide superior service to portfolio by being a point of contact for complex client servicing needs and problem resolution with TA or TRM

????????? ?

Communicate and resolve client issues by including the appropriately GTM and respective LOB partners

????????? ?

Development and preparation of comprehensive banking proposals, responses and presentation for use?

????????? ?

Responsible for developing, participating and assisting in execution of relationship reviews when appropriate

????????? ?

Responsible for assisting in the execution of exception-pricing changes

????????? ?

Ensure that all sales related information is correct in CE Desktop and maintain pipeline accuracy

????????? ?

Conduct in-person sales calls as needed

????????? ?

Demonstrate Key Values and ability to identify business opportunities outside of Treasury Management, and make an effective referral to the appropriate line of business

Marginal Functions

Communicate client product needs to product management and assist in the assessment of potential solutions and economic viability

????????? ?

Assist in the demonstration and proper implementation of cash management services

????????? ?

Responsible for presenting internal partner cash management training sessions

????????? ?

Coordinate with TRM(s) and TSS(s) to manage new service and existing client service set-ups and maintenance?

????????? ?

Execute various internal project assignments as required

????????? ?

Leverage the KCIB Research Library, Strategic Business Development Center and other KeyBank resources as required

?

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree or similar verifiable work experience with a minimum of 3 or more years cash management consultative sales experience. Proven track record of successfully cross selling cash management products and services?

Ability to create, present and execute formal recommendations and initiatives?

????????? ?

Professionalism with excellent interpersonal and behavioral skills, excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, while maintaining good personal relationships

????????? ?

Proficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, Lotus Notes or Outlook and other software applications

????????? ?

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

?

Preferred Skills

The ability to travel to various locations throughout the assigned geographic territory to call on clients and meet their needs

?

Familiar with the KeyBank operation and its systems

?

Previous KeyBank cash management experience

?
