Kelly Services is seeking candidates for a Treasury Specialist position in the East Memphis area.

 

Responsible for the releasing of all paid checks, posts all related transactions in Matrix and assists with preparing Fed Ex?s.  Counts, verifies and records date for checks that are received and held in Treasury awaiting payment from clients.  Supports the return of proceeds process by working with the title companies and consultants and the Senior Treasury Specialist II to assure all HUD?s have been received and are accurate.  Prepares Return of Proceeds letters to be sent with all Return of Proceeds checks.  Helps with additional outgoing payment methods as needed.  For example:  ACH, direct deposit and wire initiation.  Ensures accurate and timely processing to deliver a high level of service to clients and transferees by performing the following duties.

 

Requirements:

 


Individuals should have a minimum of one-year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

In order to be considered, candidates must have a clean credit history without bankruptcy or high collections.
