Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Acts as a liaison between the branch office and business partner(s).
- Prepares and distributes rates.
- Coordinates the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Coordinates loan closings.
- Works with both the Account Executives and Wholesale Administration.
- Responds to broker inquiries.
- Maintains the branch pipeline ("A" Paper).
- Quotes and faxes rates to clients on a daily basis.
- Assembles and mails new business partner kits, solicitation information and marketing materials, etc.
- Serves as the Internet liaison on "A" paper issues.

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of direct client support and servicing experience in the mortgage or banking industry.
- General office skills (filing, calculator, faxing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational and typing (35wpm) abilities.
- Knowledge of generally used business applications (preferably Excel and Word).

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Some post high school education.
