Our Universal Associate opens and processes all types of deposit and loan accounts including complex retail products such as Expressline, Consumer Loans, Credit Life Insurance, VISA Merchant Accounts and small business loans.

They also cross-sell other bank services and refer customers to other departments as appropriate. Answer questions and/or resolves complex technical problems on customer accounts.

Actively learns, demonstrates and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words. Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate.

Requires excellent customer service, basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills. Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent.
