JOB DESCRIPTION
THE VICE PRESIDENT COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER- MIDDLE MARKET will:
? Be responsible for developing new business, structuring, underwriting and closing middle market commercial and industrial loans.
? Monitor, maintain, and service existing portfolios
? Represent the bank in local community through active participation in community affairs
? Participate in marketing and cross-selling company products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
THE VICE PRESIDENT COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER ? MIDDLE MARKET will have:
? Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred
? Formal credit training
? 10+ years commercial and industrial lending experience
? Experience in creating and leading syndications
? Outstanding oral and written communication skills
? Sound judgment
? PC proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
? Proven track record in working with all levels of senior management
? CONNECTICUT RESIDENCY ONLY
