VP Business Development

Guaranty Bank is seeking an energetic, aggressive individual to direct the product management for its Home Equity division.  This individual must possess superior communication, leadership, persuasive and project management skills.

As the VP of Business Development, the primary responsibilities are:

1) Leading the management of marketing, sales support, research analysis and product development functions for the division.

2) Developing and proposing business and functional requirements necessary to develop new or enhance existing loan programs and products.

3) Researching new product options and facilitating decisions on the assortment of products.

4) Identifying necessary reports, metrics to measure the effectiveness and validate the success of products and programs.

5) Tracking business trends and identifying opportunities within the marketplace.

6) Managing new product launch and execution from conception to completion, including facilitating decisions and approvals from senior management.

7) Driving the communication of product features and benefits throughout the organization.

 

This qualified candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in a related field and at least 2 years of proven business development and product management within the financial services industry.

This candidate must be hands-on and demonstrate a team-player attitude toward tactical and strategic work.  The candidate must be able to generate imaginative and innovative solutions that will meet the demands of our customers, as well as, be tenacious in persuading senior management and coordinating activities across operating units.
