This position will manage a team of analysts to provide policy recommendations for credit risk mangement,


based on analytics that are in line with business profitability and goals.


 


The position will also be responsible for the following:


Identify and develop optimal risk solutions, policies/strategies 


Ensure policies are executed correctly and strategically in line with business goals


Monitor and validate policies across the product cycle


Development, implementation, and maintenance of data, reports and analytics


Work cross-functionally with key business groups to facilitate future campaigns


Manage deliverables for campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


Monitor and analyze historical credit testing.


 


Initiate/maintain policy audit test points, throughout the channel cycle.



The ideal candidate should have at least 7+ years of business experience in credit policy or business analysis role with a financial service, 

credit card issuer or insurance company.

Well-developed skills in credit policy testing, financial forecasting, customer modeling and strategic planning.

Proficiency in SAS, SQL and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with SQL server and CAM preferred. Masters in Finance, Statistics, Math or Economics is desirable.  Previous experience as a people manager is preferred.
