VP, SVP,Commercial Lender/Loan Officer
Are you a producing commercial lender in the Mesa, Arizona area? Are you frustrated because your incentive is capped and you know you should be bringing home a bigger check. Would you like to work for a smaller community bank that pays you what you are worth? Do you turn in loan after loan and your bank is so conservative that only a few go through. Then give me a call.
My client is a a profitable growing community bank that has prudently aggressive lending practices.They have a great support staff so that you won't be burdened with a lot of paperwork. Their loans average $750,000 and the lending limit is $5MM. They want to keep expanding and are in search of another lender that can produce $15-20MM in their first year. This individual must be a generalist - that is be able to not only do commercial real estate, but also C&I, lines of credit, etc.
