Senior Manager responsible for tracking, forecasting and reporting delinquencies and Net Credit Losses (NCL) for various portfolios within the Partnership Group.  Individual will be responsible for developing monthly Outlooks as well as long-term budgets based on recent portfolio performance, policy changes, pricing initiatives and collection tactics as well as current and projected economic conditions.  Sponsor monthly reviews with the Business Managers within the Partnership Group and support the monthly reviews with Citi Cards Senior Management and Global Consumer Group.  Develop monthly Bankruptcy forecast based on National Filings, percent share and average balance.  Individual will also maintain a rolling 24 month NCL forecast on all securitized receivables in support of FAS140 valuation purposes.



Excellent quantitative and analytic skills required.  Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Essbase.  7+ years in consumer lending portfolio accounting or loss forecasting techniques is preferred.  Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred.
