Responsibility: Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies for financial institution with
more than $8 billion in assets and 3,400 associates. Lead in the development
of brand strategy, relationship and direct marketing as well as direct the
execution of all advertising and promotions. Manage yearly budget process,
advertising agency and marketing staff. Support EVP of Marketing Communication
to develop new products and services for UMB. Lead product development process
for UMB. Manage the development of marketing plans for database marketing and
relationship marketing. Direct advertising agency in media buying, creative
development and budget allocation.

Requirements:

Must possess Bachelor's Degree with concentration in marketing, business or
advertising. MBA or Master's Degree a plus. Must be an experienced marketing
professional with a minimum of 13+ years experience. Specific knowledge of
campaign management, ROI and measurement are essential. A background in retail
marketing, financial services, database marketing and customer relationship
management marketing is beneficial. Knowledge of financial services preferred.
Strong communication, analytic and creative problem solving skills are
necessary..
