Vice President, Product Management

Advancial Federal Credit Union, located in Uptown Dallas, has a position available for a Vice President, Human Resources.  The responsibilities for this position will be to oversee the research and development of all products and services within the credit union, helping to ensure compliance with industry and credit union policy; assist in development of policies; manage deposit and lending activities to meet credit union goals and objectives.

 

Directs and monitors deposit and lending operations for the credit union, through subordinates, to ensure that the credit union meets established goals and objectives with respect to deposit and lending service for both members and businesses.

 

This position requires a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from an accredited four-year college or university; and a minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

It is a requirement of Advancial Federal Credit Union that our employees have credit current and in good standing, therefore background and credit checks will be required.  Credit must be in good standing with no collection, repossession, or charge off accounts.
