The Job:

Our client is looking for a community oriented commercial lender to develop new depository and commercial loan relationships while enhancing the existing customer relationships. To achieve this you will make quality prospect calls and customer retention calls each month to middle-market companies in the local service area. The emphasis here is on helping you be successful so that the bank can be successful.



Our client is looking for an independent operator who does not require micro management to develop new business and referral sources. It will be your responsibility to persuasively negotiate credit pricing, terms and conditions with the managers or officers of complex businesses to at least meet the Bank?s established minimum target yield relationships. You will also be responsible for Negotiating the terms of credit agreements, including financial covenants and reporting, sufficiently to protect the Bank?s established minimum target yield relationships.



Qualifications:

1.Bachelor?s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; minimum 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



2.Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, accounting papers, income tax returns, Bank policies and governmental regulations.



3.Ability to compose credit documentation, analyses, reports and effectively communicates orally and in writing with customers, prospects, and Bank personnel.



4.Demonstrated business development history.
