You will be able to do deals up to $15MM.  The normal deal range is between $250M and $4MM.  Our clients? focus and goal is very much on the total customer relationship.  The bulk of their products and services are centered on providing financial solutions for small businesses.  Thus far the strategy of a decentralized lending environment has gone a long way towards achieving this goal.

 

As a Commercial Loan Officer you will be responsible for retaining and developing good comprehensive commercial business relationships with your clients.

Qualifications:

 

? Strong business development skills.

 

? Ability to do loan write-ups and analysis for both commercial and primarily commercial real estate loans.

 

? Minimum of 4 Years of Commercial Lending Experience.

 

? Bachelor Degree.

 

? Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organizations.

 

? Extensive network of contacts in the relevant market area.
