The incumbent is responsible for generating third party loan production through Webster Bank approved mortgage brokers. Will also be responsible for the development of Webster's broker network through assigned territories.

Incumbent should have 2 years experience in Wholesale sales arena. Should possess a demonstrated history of successfully managing a sales territory as well as being a team player who exhibits flexibility and resourcefulness within a dynamic environment.
