Job Purpose:

Researches and resolves simple to complex customer inquires for a cash management clients/Chicagoland banking clients. Provides simple consultative advice to clients. Supports team members to ensure a smooth workflow.  Work Hours: Monday -Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm

 

 

Knowledge & Skills:

Previous wholesale lockbox experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet turnaround standards/daily deadlines in a fast-paced, servicing environment. Detail-oriented; high concern for quality and customer satisfaction. Displays a high level of commitment; results oriented. Persistent in reaching team and individual goals. Possesses strong research skills and ability to resolve recurring problems such as customer inquiries and error corrections. Possesses strong servicing orientation, customer contact and telephone skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Orally communicates clearly and effectively. Possesses basic writing skills. Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment. Adapts well to change. Knowledge of e-mail and Windows, basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel required. General knowledge of banking operations preferred. Previous operations or servicing experience preferred. Experience with other bank systems helpful. Keyboarding experience required. Knowledge of e-mail required. PRS/Pegaystems preferred.
