Help our client be a leader in the Financial Services and Insurance industry by acting as the Contract Recruiter who fills professional positions; determines talent acquisition objectives; builds candidate database; identifies recruiting sources; develops recruiting materials; establishes candidate qualifications; refers qualified candidates; extends employment offers; avoids legal challenges; documents actions; maintains human resource information system (hris) database; prepares recruiting and hiring reports; updates job knowledge; enhances organization reputation.

Qualifications


The ideal candidate is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.


Develops and implements a consistent interviewing process across departments that focuses on candidate qualifications and fit.


Has full life-cycle recruiting knowledge that includes experience with a candidate tracking system, recruiting on the Internet, and utilizes other recruiting sources to identify qualified candidates.


Capable of organizing work for self and others to maximize productivity and increase efficiency.


Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.


Leverages relationships within the organization to achieve objectives.


Exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people.


Highly proactive. Chooses to take initiative and ownership of projects.


Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues.


Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision.


BA/BS or equivalent experience.
