14994 Engineer, Sr S/W (SQL Developer)

Job Description: Participates on project teams to develop clear specifications, evaluate feasibility of concepts, and provide estimates for System designs.

Creates Database designs utilizing the departments' standard development tools and procedures.

Coordinates, manages, and documents project designs, estimates, resources and costs.

Prepares standard reports/documentation to communicate status and results.

Leads technical project teams that include Engineers, and Technicians in the design, build and testing of software/data systems.

Completes FDA/QSR software by assisting in the creation of specifications and qualifications.

Provides training as required to ensure that the Data systems can be leveraged effectively.

Complete project deliverables and monitor project schedule and scope changes to assure team can meet delivery requirements.

Experience with the following

COTS Automation Software:
o HMI: RSView, WonderWare
o Communications: ModBus/TCP, OPC
o DB Bridges: RSSQL, BridgeWorx


Design Methodologies:
o Entity Relationship Diagrams
o Data Dictionaries
o Stored Procedure Skeletons
o Security Modeling


Knowledge of the Factory:
o Documentation Management
o ERP
o MES
o Quality: SPC, Software Validation
o Training Records
o Security
o Performance Metrics: OEE, Throughout, Downtime, etc.
