We are seeking an enthusiastic Manager, Access to Patients to join the team in our RTP, NC office.

The Manager, Access to Patients will be responsible for the following:

-Regularly communicate with assigned partner sites on non-project issues such as business strategy, mutual pipelines/planning, financial performance, performance trends across all studies (using performance scorecards), compliance with contracts.
-Monitor and manage partner performance, on a qualitative and quantitative basis, on assigned studies.
-Serve as liaison between Quintiles project teams and partner sites' operational management to ensure efficiency in all operational areas throughout.
-Collaborate with partners and Quintiles project teams to resolve site and partner performance issues, providing recommendations for solutions.
-Make recommendations to internal project managers and clinical team leads on ways to address internal Quintiles project team performance issues, as well as recommendations on project strategy.
-Work together with Quintiles project teams to ensure partner sites are selected for assigned studies
-Extract and manage global site performance data from company systems.
-Assist with developing and implementing creative, mutually beneficial ways to conduct business with partners(including engagement with relevant Quintiles departments).
