Administrative Assistant

 

Summary: Individual will provide high-level administrative support to executives.  Responsibilities include scheduling and planning meetings; coordinating travel arrangements; tracking expenses; composing correspondence and reports; and developing presentation materials.  Qualifications include a minimum of 8 years of administrative support experience; excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

 

Qualifications: Qualifications include a minimum of 8 years of administrative support experience; excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook group scheduling, and PowerPoint; and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.  Experience supporting senior IT executives and business executives with international responsibilities a definite plus.
