Analytical Methods Validation and Transfer Research Scientist - Sanford, NC

Kelly Scientific Resources is currently seeking an individual to fill the role of a Research Scientist within a Vaccine Analytical Development group. The company is a well-established pharmaceutical company in the RTP,NC area and is looking for an individual to take on a contract position for approximately two years (duration depending on project needs).

Primary responsibilites include the following:
1. Prepare method validation protocols for various analytical procedures, including both physico-chemical methods and biological methods.
2. Prepare method transfer protocols for validated methods.
3. Assist in the development of method qualification protocols.
4. Participate in the development of site-specific policies/SOP's pertaining to the qualification, validation, and transfer of analytical methods.
5. Satisfactorily completes all cGMP/GLP and safety training in conformance with departmental requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
BS +10 years
MS +8 years
PhD +5 years

Previous experience to perform this job are as follows: Method development experience, familiarity with FDA and EP regulations pertaining to analytical methods and laboratory cGMP. In addition, this job involves working with a variety of scientists and technicians from various sites to assemble study protocols and reports.
