High school graduate wanted for general animal facility maintenance. Position requires learning to clean animal caging, feeders, water bottles and other items and to sanitize animal room pens and other non-animal areas. This person will learn to collect and record data by computer, monitor environmental conditions, feed and water animals, and assist other staff with technical functions. Rapid advancement possible for person with initiative, attention to detail, and being able to work well with other teammates. This person must handle and enjoy working with animals. Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to accurately read, record, and communicate information.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in a laboratory setting with laboratory animals
