Job Summary:

As Applications Scientist and CSE Project Manager you will provide project management and data analysis skills in support of the Customer Sample Evaluation program.

 

Job duties include but are not limited to: Organizing CSE projects effectively and meeting all customer and marketing deadlines for data completion, analysis and software/analysis training,Analyzing and evaluating data generated in the CSE program, and delivering data and detailed reports to the customer,Collaborating with Marketing on development of new program offerings,Providing detailed and accurate documentation for Applications CSE projects in a timely manner,Troubleshooting issues related to users? technical skills, biochemistry/assay design, and experimental design, Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and,Other duties that may be determined by Management

 

Education and Experience:PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or Genetics, OR M.S. + 3 years experience, 3 years biotech experience required,Must be willing to travel up to 10%, Prior experience using gene expression technologies or high throughput genotyping, Demonstrated understanding of commonly-used gene expression data analysis software applications preferred, Demonstrated experience with instrumentation such as liquid handling robotics and optical scanners preferred, Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills, Demonstrated written and verbal communication and training skills, and Clear vision of and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
