Nutshell Summary: A very successful, multi-billion dollar mid-size NJ pharmaceutical company is rapidly expanding due to the success of their approved FDA drugs and the depth & strength of their drug development pipeline.  They are offering Associate Director positions that will get involved with the clinical drug development of their Oncology, CNS, GI, AI or other therapeutic areas.  This is a great chance to make a real difference and impact on the clinical operations of multiple clinical studies/trials.

Location:

Hackensack, New Jersey area.  This company is located in an area very commutable from Central and North/Northwest New Jersey, and from NYC (via public transportation too), southern CT, the New York counties near and around the Tapanzee bridge. Flex time option allows ability to avoid typical Jersey rush hour traffic.

Compensation:

Base compensation will vary depending upon the depth and qualify of your industry clinical operations experience, therapeutic areas of experience, management/supervisory experience, leadership and communication skills?  Base salary will vary from $110k to $125k, and this position is eligible for a 15% annual bonus too. 

 

Responsibilities in a Nutshell:

In a nutshell, you will get involved with the development, planning and execution of all major clinical operations activities for the global development of multiple drugs (and clinical studies) in either the Oncology, CNS, GI or AI therapeutic development teams/groups.

 

Requirements/Experience in a Nutshell

7 years (prefer 10 or more years) of strong clinical operations experience gained working for a Pharmaceutical Company and/or CRO with strong Oncology or CNS or GI or AI therapeutic area experience.  Also, you must have strong management/supervisory experience and strong communication skills, and you must be a team player.
