Associate I, Product Complaints

Job Description The primary responsibility of this position is to review, trend and respond to consumer product quality complaints as per company policy and federal regulations. This individual will be responsible for generating and sending routine complainant response letters, and will perform database searches and generate tracking reports for product complaint issues. Additional responsibilities include triage and verification of product complaints received and follow up with customer service vendors for accuracy and completeness of product complaint files. This individual will also play a large role in the investigation or evaluation of incoming return samples.

Qualifications
Knowledge of the principles of quality systems and cGMP requirements, with particular emphasis on CFR 211.198 is desired. This person must have excellent written, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of laboratory practices and safety a plus. Lotus Notes, MS Excel, MS Word, Business Objects

Education
BA/BS degree with a science background preferred. Product Complaint or Quality experince is ideal but not required.
