Associate Product Manager

Globus Medical was formed in 2003 by a group of medical device professionals with extensive experience in the design, development, and commercialization of medical devices. The team?s core competencies are creativity and execution, built on proven expertise. The members of the team have the proven ability to discover and deliver enhancements to devices and surgical techniques to aid spine surgeons in their tasks.



Globus is working on a full range of spinal implants and instruments to treat patients with spinal disorders in both Fusion and Non-Fusion segments. We are in need of Associate Product Manager for our growing team.



Job Description ? Associate Product Manager



Location: Phoenixville, PA

Department: Product Development

Title: Associate Product Manager

Reports To: Group Manager



Your primary responsibility will be to work with our product development team in a wide range of marketing activities. The job requires the individual to be a team player with the ability to function well in a challenging and fast paced environment. Must be enthusiastic, positive, even tempered and have strong skills in areas of dependability, interpersonal relationships, flexibility and maturity. Routinely handle highly confidential information in a discreet, professional manner. Should be willing to sign a non-compete agreement.



Responsibilities

? Develop market plan

? Create and maintain forecasts

? Develop and maintain technique guides.

? Assist product development team with developing brochures and web site modules.

? Assist product development team with product launch.

? Assist project engineers and Group Managers by developing presentations.

? Adhere to Globus Medical?s quality policy and with all FDA requirements.

? Work closely with logistics manager, marketing manager, and accountant.

? Assist with order taking and other customer service activities.

? Assist with receiving, testing and inspecting all vended products.

? Assist with packaging and labeling.

? Special projects and duties as assigned.



Qualifications



? Two to three years experience in Product development, Customer Service or Project Management in a medical device company or related area.

? Bachelors degree in Management or equivalent experience.

? 1 Year experience in developing web sites and brochures

? Working knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Office.

? Working Knowledge of Microsoft Project.

? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
