A client located San Diego in has an immediate position available for a Associate Scientist III.

Job Description This position will support assay development for safety and pharmacodynamic assessments in support of non-clinical and clinical programs. The successful candidate will develop and test samples in serum and cell based assays using multiplex or flow cytometry based formats. Extensive experience in the area of assay development biomarkers and/or PK and ELISA asays is required. Experience working in a GLP compliant environment is highly desirable. Additional responsibilities will include writing of SOPs, method development reports, team representation, and oral presentations in departmental forums. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in life sciences with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an industry environment. Familiarity with LIMS systems a plus
