BS/MS Research Associate - HTS Technologies- Discovery Research

We are looking for a self-motivated biochemist/cell biologist with experience in high throughput screening technologies. The successful candidate's responsibilities include implementing and screening cell-based and biochemical assays. Will be responsible for developing cell-based assays using FLIPR and reporter gene technologies and biochemical assays using homogeneous fluorescent, luminescent and radioactive detection platforms; running HTS screening campaigns; and evaluation of new assay technologies.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
BS or MS in Biology, Cell biology, or Biochemistry.
Minimum of 2 years HTS experience.
Expertise in the area of assay design and running HTS screening campaigns.
An understanding of laboratory automation and HTS data analysis.
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with therapy areas scientists are essential.
