Biotech Manufacturing Associates - 6 positions

Our client, a leading biotech firm in Boulder, is seeking several Biotech Manufacturing Associates. We are seeking new science graduates that have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and very detail oriented. These positions are temp to hire thru Kelly Scientific Resources.

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of activities in all areas of Manufacturing operations, including fermentation and purification, according to cGMP guidelines. Duties include preparing media and buffers; preparing and cleaning equipment and glassware; operating SIP and CIP systems; monitoring critical process parameters.

Positions are 12-hour shifts, with hours 7am-7pm/7pm-7am, working 2 days on/2 off/3 on/2 off/2 on/3 off/and so on, rotating between days and nights every 2 months. Pay rate is $16/hr and will include a 15% shift differential during the night shift.

Requirements are BS in Science (preferably Biochemistry or Microbiology) or Engineering discipline with some undergraduate research experience required. Will also consider non-degreed pharmaceutical manufacturing individuals with relevant experience.
