Major Responsibilities:

The person in this position is an integral part of the Pharma Development Operations Resource Management (PDOR) - Management Information team, who is responsible for developing and implementing business system models and reporting within Global Pharma Development Clinical Operations (PDO). This person provides customer-driven, value added information from a variety of information sources to PDO leadership and staff. The Analyst presents relevant and time-critical information both verbally and in written form. The Analyst partners with both operations and technology teams to identify and develop customer relevant processes, enhancements to existing business systems, and reporting formats.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate preparation in Science, Business or Computer Science with at least 5 years experience in analyzing pharmaceutical or diagnostic operational and financial data. English proficiency required with facility in German or French beneficial. Strong computer skills with high levels of proficiency in all MS Office products and a working knowledge of Hyperion Brio or Essbase, other report writers like Crystal. A basic understanding of database design and function is required and experience with SQL would be beneficial.
