Our current opening for a Change Control Manager/Quality Assurance is available at our Lafayette, LA Corporate Headquarters. Selected individual develop and integrate new/revised SOPs as applicable to the Change Control Process to ensure all change requests sent for final approval meet all applicable regulatory requirements. Duties include: facilitating appropriate documents/approvals as they related to CAPAs; providing support to Center and Regional Managers; conducting risk assessment and impact analysis for all change requests received; supporting company training goals through assistance in development of training materials for SOPs; and related functions.

Position requires a BS degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology, or a related discipline and five years experience in a biologics / drug manufacturing, or FDA regulated laboratory environment. Background must include demonstrated expertise in cGMPs, FDA regulations, SOP development and implementation, as well as an understanding of quality control principles. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills are required as is PC and spreadsheet expertise. Demonstrate self-motivational ability and be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time as required.
