Chargeback Coordinator

-Analyze and resolve complex chargeback reconciliation's that impact GEHC customer pricing and or eligibility under contract. Interact with customer service team, finance and or credit team on escalated customer pricing discrepancies that cannot be easily addressed by the customer service representative.
-Monitor incoming chargeback submissions, communicating with Channel Partners, Operating Companies, and other areas of the organization.
-Assist Drug Compendia companies with providing wholesale list prices used for reimbursement. Maintain new list and wholesaler price books that will be published shortly on the internet.
-Run routine reports, identify and investigate variances, document and present results.
-Utilize advanced MS Excel features to assist in analysis of data and presentation of results.
-Assist Manager, Pricing and Compliance with PSC Tracking and maintain tracking sheet in GE Folders.
-Communicate professionally with internal and external customers via telephone and email.

Qualifications/Requirements:
-Willing to submit to a drug screening and background investigation.
-Minimum of 18 years of age.
-Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
-High School Diploma or GED equivalent and minimum five years work experience with at least one year in a Contract Administration environment.

Desired:
-Bachelors Degree.
-Previous experience with / or exposure to analytics. Working knowledge of multi-dimensional reporting and analysis tools such as Pilot or Cognos.
-Understand the Terms & Conditions (Products covered, Contract Prices, Pricing Criteria, Contract effective Dates, etc) of the contracts GEHC has entered with our Trading Partners.
-Able to simplify tasks / projects into manageable units of work through the use of clear thinking.
