Description:

Provide leadership to Client Benefits team members in effectively and efficiently executing clients' benefit set-up and maintenance activities.

 

Qualifications:

Strong operational experience with a proven track record of delivering positive results pertaining to quality, service, performance and financial. Require a track record of exceptional leadership with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.

 

Education:

Undergraduate degree

 

Experience:

5-7 years of leadership experience
