Client Partner Triad Processes

Description: Accountable for the day-to-day client relationship with the leadership of the Triad Processes group including providing technology information insights as well as developing the strategy for technology initiatives for USP Operations within the overall USP strategy. Accountable for the effective delivery of Triad Process related technology solutions and executing key processes across TM including USP Project Prioritization Process, and the Client Engagement components of the software solution development process.

Core Responsibilities & Scope of Work
o Actively participates in Triad Processes Leadership Team meetings - shapes thinking on how technology solutions may support the goals for this team and overall USP Operations in the context of the USP-wide technology Strategy
o Provides single-point of accountability to VPs of Triad Processes for technology management - solution delivery and performance (cost and quality)
o Articulates TM services and ensures services meet client needs and value expectations, while educating TM on client needs
o Translates client business needs and strategies into high-value technology solutions and develops and manages Client agreed service levels
o Works with Triad Processes and other members of the USP Operations Client Partner team to drive the end-to-end client initiative cycle - from intake (incl. Business Case Development) to solution development and deployment to maintenance
o Brings new industry and emerging technology solutions to address client's strategic and business requirements
o Ensures Triad Processes sponsorship of any USP Operations Technology Management spend
o Communicates proposed Triad Processes initiative plans, benefit cases and budgets to USP/ Triad governance bodies for alignment and approval
o Key metrics include delivering value (including business benefits and strategic innovation) of technology initiatives, leveraging technology application services to support USP-wide strategies, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction in Triad Process Support and Meetings & Events/ Conventions Management.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum ranges of years of experience: 6-8 years of industry experience and 3-5 years partnering/guiding clients at executive levels
2. Type of Industry/ Organizations: Information Services/ Technology, Pharmaceutical
3. Understanding triad Operating Plans and their translation to Plans of Action and related systems support
4. Supporting the development of an USP Operations technology strategy while prioritizing and driving strategic innovative technology solutions for the Triad Process Support business area
5. Executive level experience in managing technology services including the initiation, scoping and delivery of technology solutions in Pharmaceutical USP Operations
6. Initiation, scoping, business case development and technical project management of technology projects with tangible benefits realization
7. Builds and maintains strong client relationships by understanding their business, providing technology leadership and being results orientated
8. Understands the latest technological advancements in the Pharmaceutical industry
9. Strong consultative communicator with proven ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and vice versa
10. Strategic and technical with a process and service oriented approach
