Clinical Data Coordinator

Kelly Clinical Research has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, experienced Clinical Data Coordinator with a national CRO in the San Diego, CA area. This is a full time, six-month contract position.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist project lead as directed, including, perform higher-level review of data for completeness and / or identification of discrepancies. Generate queries and follow-through to resolve data discrepancies. Assist with data tracking (MS access database), assembly and distribution of documents, facilitate originating or finalizing study documents (e.g, create documents from template, implement/finalize edited documents, etc.), maintain project files and assist with various other tasks as directed.
Required skills:
Flexible, detail oriented, individual that is proactive and possesses excellent organization skills with the ability to take direction and comprehend and implement complex workflows. Multitasking is essential! Must possess skills working in PC MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
Four year degree, preferably in a medical, scientific or healthcare-related field; or Associate's degree with experience in clinical/medical/healthcare environment; or equivalent experience desired.
