Summary

Provide clinical expertise, program management and training design skills in support of the market development, clinical training, and clinical application of a product. This position plays a lead role for coordinating clinical marketing activities and/or clinical support for new and existing products and technology.  Frequent internal contacts with field specialists, marketing, sales, service and customers.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

?Assess and predict clinical trends and therapies.
?Define and develop key clinical marketing strategies and programs, which increase revenue and value to the customer.
?Plan and coordinate the development of marketing and training videos and other user instructional or clinically oriented literature.
?Participate in clinical and training assessment of proposed products, marketing information, clinical tools and training products.
Design and develop customer, sales and service training programs in collaboration with Clinical Affairs, and provide training for Medtronic Field Clinical Specialists.
10 ? 15% Travel. 

 

Requirements
BA/BS in Nursing. Masters degree preferred. 5+ years experience. Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong background in critical care nursing, education and business a plus. Excellent writing and communication skills.
