Clinical Sales Specialist, Medical Device
Clinical Account Executive ? 100K Plus!! Stock Options
One of the fastest growing medical device companies in the world is launching the next evolution in medical technology creating a new standard in patient care. We are currently searching for multiple Clinical Account Executives who have ?clinical and sales experience? in hospital settings. The ideal candidate will have ICU critical care nursing experience couple with sales experience, preferably in medical device. Candidates will drive the sales process with their strong clinical knowledge and ability to plan, perform presentations, educate, soft close, and generate interest in this breakthrough technology.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Identify, develop and work with thought leaders to demonstrate improved outcomes due to this breakthrough technology. Main call points will be doctors and nurse executives in the Intensive Care Units.
? Actively distribute information on clinical studies.
? Coordinate multiple clinical evaluations with technology.
? Target customers not yet considering technologies, pending active sales opportunities, as well as existing customers.
? Provide critical information to marketing and upper management including market trends and competitive activity.
? Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to position and demonstrate product.
? Organize and conduct user seminars on the compelling needs and benefits while helping clinicians minimize the quantity of sentinel events on the floors.
Education: Bachelors or M.S. Degree required with relevant experience.
Desired Training and Experience Required:
? Must be a RN or RT with direct clinical critical care in the ICU.
? Sales experience required, preferably in medical device.
? Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and group presentations). Direct experience in customer interactions.
? Some travel required.
