Clinical Trial Manager

Currently seeking a Clinical Trial Manger (CTM) for a permanent position in Malvern, PA. The CTM is responsible for the overall operational planning and activities for the implementation and conduct of the clinical trials (Phase I through IIIB) in compliance with GCPs, SOPs and established timelines. The CTM is involved in the scientific conduct of the clinical trial and acts as the leader of operational disciplines to guarantee release of homogeneous high quality data, in close collaboration with the Clinical Research Director. The CTM is responsible for leading the Clinical Trial Team. The incumbent collects from collaborators, and synthesizes and reports trial progress information. Additionally, the CTM tracks efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamic parameters. This role is expected to include international responsibility.

Applicants must have earned a BA/BS in a science and have eight or more years of medical/laboratory experience. Applicants must also have at least 6 years of clinical research experience, two years of which must have involved project management. Experience with internal medicine clinical trials is highly preferred.
